I would cautiously recommend it. By all means test it out ASAP to make sure it meets your needs. In my case, I wanted a decent slr-like camera with certain features (focal length range, resolution and such) at a certain price. If I didn't, chances are I'd have waited for a while and bought either a second D70 or saved up for a higher end DSLR model. Portability - without lack of features - was a key requirement for me though. And I used to use a 602 frequently, so I didn't have any fears about purchasing another Fuji camera.

Thanks very much. You'll find images from my Nikon D70, S602 and S9k on that page, as well as a couple sets that were shot with a Nikon 5500 (the TODCON pics)
