Hello All,

Received my S9000 today.

Here are images from today's shoot. I am on dial-up so no full size images, sorry.

It is a very different camera from my F-828.

I kept trying to twist the body. We are creature of habits.

I can share my initial impressions if you like.

I can't believe all those high ISO's. The 'Flash On' indication is in error. Only the images with people had the flash on. I copied the Exif data from my Breeze Browser.

Regards, Nicholas

Very nice shots Nicholas.

- The picture inside the church 2005:10:11 12:50:33 is very impressive. I don't see the noise on my screen. Nice 800 ISO.

- What happened with this one? 2005:10:11 13:42:03 (Objects including vase... on a table) Is it reflection of the flash?

Hello Gaul and All,

# 13:42 is just a shot through glass of a hutch.

The color is very accurate despite being near 4 tungsten light bulbs of a ceiling fan.

I usually shoot with a tripod. The church shots were shot handheld as "Anti-Blur".

The only tripod shots were the two with my wife and I on the bench.

I will shoot today between the rain drops with my tripod.

Regards, Nicholas
