I took some iso 800 and 1600 shots at a indoor handball game. Judge for yourself what you think of the quality. (Don't judge the composition there just a try-out). I did use neatimage for most of them.

Here is a sample at 1600 ISO and full zomm (300mm). I also processed it in Neat Image.

I placed more high ISO shots on http://www.dijkxhoorn.blogspot.com The "Swimming pool" pictures are shot at iso200 except the one where Julian is jumping out of the water (iso800).
The "Sinterklaas" pictures are shot at iso 200.
And the "skateboard" pictures are shot at ISO 800 in RAW mode. I use the new RAW plugin from Adobe and the " imagenomic" noiseware plugin for Adobe.
This is really a great combination far better than shooting in JPG. Now you can get a very decent shot at iso800 and 1600.
