Default Unable to Access FujiFilm site

Is anyone else having trouble accessing the site? I need to contact Fuji about my faulty camera but cannot get on the site to do so. It's not my browser as I can get all the other sites I want.

I suggest you call fuji at 1-800-659-3854 because you will have to wait 2 - 4 weeks for an email response.

Thanks Rodney but I cannot use the phone for support calls as I am deaf. Also, I do not recognise the number, I am in the UK and I think you have given me a USA number?

I am going to return it to Amazon, get my money back and buy another make because it seems like Fuji Support is poor if their website is down asnd their email response is like you say.

I just tried the UK FujiFilm site and I didn't have any luck either. Possibly it will be up tomorrow.

FujiFilm US is a little slow responding to email, but maybe they are better in the UK. Compared with other companies, I'm pleased with Fuji support.

Since you are having a problem with your camera and it is new, you should return it for a replacement anyway. No need to ask what the problem it because there should not be a problem. I know it is frustrating.

Would you be able to access them through the use of a TTY device? If so, try and call the 'California Relay Service' at 1-800 735-2929. They may be able to connect you, or provide a TTY number for Fujifilm here in Cerritos, California.
