Hello to all S9500 users!

I wrote directly to Fuji factory in Japan and today I received directly from them the last update firmware for the Finepix S9500 camera. I really hope that all you will be gratified!

Dear Sir.

Thank you for your patronage of FinePix.

Dear dijkx!

I reply to the lovely Japanese folk, from Fuji factory, concerning what "exactly" do the newer firmware?

If it's "ONLY"...the Microdrive 6 Giga capacity...really doesn't, matter to me...I will remain with the 1.01 firmware!

As I do not intend to buy or use such high capacity memory card ever!

Cheers,

ALEX!

Hi all of You!

Today this post I received from Fuji customer dept!

Dear Sir.

Ver1.02 is for only "Updates the compatibility for 6GB Microdrive?"

Best Regards

H.Adachi

So...till another firmware improvement...I will remain with the 1.01 one!

Cheers,

Hi Alex,

Didn't expect you to take me quite so literally - but well done anyway! Be interesting to see what response you get. I've asked the same question of our local agents and got the stock "No known faults" reply.

Steve
