Interesting.

My first reaction is that the image tells an incomplete story with the sign obstructed by the branches, then I realized I kept looking at the lights, your image held my interest.

Can't beat that. How many cars went by to create your image? Shutter speed?

Regards, Nicholas

Aaronss9000,

You are in LA hot spot, be careful, a thief can spot you with a camera or tripod, the indication that you won't be back to your car for awhile. He has a chance to break in, if he uses the screwdriver to open the trunk you have a hard time to replace the lock. Parking in LA is tough, check the sign, some areas they don't give tickets, they tow your car away.

Anyway, there are many places to take pictures, Universal Studio, Hollywood Observatory, LA zoo...

In two weeks there is a camera show not far from LAX, you can find all kind of accessories, flash, umbrellas, tripod, fifters, wedding albums, light stand....at below half price. You can get the Sunpak 383 flash from $15-$30. At the show you learn the technique how to test the lens, cameras, flash by looking at those buyers and sellers do the trade. Some sellers are real pro, you have a good time to chit chat with them, you learn alot about this hobby.

Great shot!

I've been to LAX many times and never had a problem walking around. I guess I was lucky! Your pic is definitely a keeper.

I was feeling a little nervous walking around, but I stayed close to all of the well lit hotel areas.
