i have taken some shots and the shots are at iso80 and in raw format and the focus was good. but the files up close still have a high grain on it.meaning staticy. dos anyone know how to fix this?

I see that occasionally in some of my own raw images. Sometimes it occurs because you have made aggressive adjustments. Other times, I don't know. My best solution has been to go to the Details tab in Camera Raw and move the Luminance Smoothing slider to about 50 percent. And, I personally prefer moving the Sharpening slider to somewhere between 50 percent and 75 percent. In order for you to see the effect of these adjustments, you need to be viewing at 100 percent or more.
