Hello everyone, i just brought fuji s9500, and i'm a member in Deviantart.com , and whenever i post any photo taken by my fuji the picture's specicfication isn't showing ! i meant all the information about the picture doesn't show .

what can i do to make it appear ?

can you show us at least one of the photos? Also can you tell us if you are editing the photos what software you are using?

EXIFmetadata of your images can be lost when you resize and save your images before uploading them to the internet. Also many free image hosting sites have file size limitations, when your try to upload images that exceed this size limit, your images are downsized during the upload to meet the host's spec. As a result the quality of your images can be reduced and EXIF data can get lost as well.

i'm using Adobe photoshop 8.0 for editing , like contrasting and lightening etc.

If you are using the "save for Web" feature to create your images to upload, that is where you are losing your EXIF data. I think it has been purposely designed that way. If you want to include the EXIF data, then just resize your JPEG image and then lower the quality to 6 or 7.
