Let me preface this with 2 warnings: 1) I'm not trying to seem racist by posting it, and 2) despite their shortcomings, I still love west virginians :lol:
So I recently went to WV. One of the locals told me, and I quote... "ya oughta take a gander at Negro Mountain!" "Which one is it?" I ask "Oh you'll know... the only one with a bunch of dead trees!" |

I should also point out, that among the MANY, MANY mountains we crossed on this trip... that was the only one I saw that had a sign for it :?

I love West Virginia. I will be going whitewater rafting in the Gauley River next month.
