I hope not! Looks like a good opportunistic shot.

Nothing to worry about. They're good old friends:

Very pleased to hear Ordo.
I had a little Silky that looked just like that - size, colouring and all. I was taking her for a walk (on her lead) when an absolutely enormous Irish Wolfhound came from nowhere and grabbed her by the neck. I was terrified and didn't dare let her lead go or allow any slack because if he'd got one good shake in she'd be dead. The tug of war felt like forever and when he loosened his grip a bit I reeled her in and grabbed her up into my arms. Then he came at me still trying to get her. I kept turning my back on him and yelling until his owner came out and got him away from us. She was traumatised, and had some gouge wounds from his teeeth, and never enjoyed going for a walk again. She died about four years later at the good old age of 17. Her name was Gidget. Bernice

Sorry the coincidence. I was just playing a story with the title and the image.
Those Irish Wolfhounds can be pretty dangerous to other dogs if not properly trained: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Irish_Wolfhound |

That's OK Ordo. these things happen. Apparently he was a dog which lived mainly out of town and was used for pig-hunting. Probably got bored and thought a little Silky looked good prey.
