I'm trying to find a proper case.
I've got 4 lenses plus a D50 The lenses are a Nikon 18-55mm DX lense also 70-300mm NikonG ED 55-200mmD DX ED lense and a 70-200mm Sigma EX f2.8 APO(in other words a big lens) also a Nikon 55mm F1.8D ED Lens Needs to also fit a Nikon SB-800 misc stuff like Memory/extra batteries/battery grips etc etc etc. I think I'd like either backpack or aluminum hard case style but I'm open to options. If you could provide links and rough pricing |

You'll probably need at least a couple of cases... One to store everythiing, and one for short trips where you don't take everything.
I use a shoulder bag to store everything, it was free with my kit, and I use LowePro Orion for trips. The Orion is a belt pack (like a fanny pack) and it holds my Nikon D50, 18-55, 50 f/1.8 and 70-300G (with one lens attached), plus a filter wallet with 4 filters. In general I don't like backpacks, at least the ones where you have to put them down to access your camera. I would browse around Lowepro and tamrac website and see what you like. But I suggest you actually go to a store and check them out as your body size and needs are different. I went to several stores and tried out tons of bags before I went with the Orion. Good Luck and have fun with your new goodies! |
