No. Lenses made for Canon cameras will not fit on Nikon cameras and vice versa. Lenses will only mount on the cameras they were manufactured for. There are adapters available (I've never used one or seen one used) that will allow the lenses to mount, but they will not meter or auto focus. I'm not sure why anyone would use one, as there are plenty of lenses choices available for each system across a wide range of prices.

No. They have a different lens mount system, and even if you could find an adapter to physically mount the lens without significant optical degradation, you wouldn't have Autofocus or Metering on a D80.
