I always used Epson premium glossy photo paper and I like the results but the cost is killing Me. I can get Kodac or HP paper at about 1/2 the cost per sheet. I don't want to mess up My Printer though. Anybody already made the switch or is it A bad move?

I've used Kodak paper in an Epson printer although I prefer Ilford Gallery. Check the paper manufacturers website for information on how to set up your printer for the particular paper. They often suggest tuning the colour settings to get the best results. Set up properly these papers give as good or better results than Epson paper.
