Is there any software out there that works like digital ice does but on digital files from a digital camera?

I have taken lots of landscape pictures with a camera that had a very very dusty sensor (has since been cleaned) and to clean each image up is taking nearly an hour. I was wondering if their was any software out there that actually processed the image and was able to remove all or the majority of the spots like the clone tool or healing tool does in photoshop, but automatically. I have tried despecke in photoshop but it just makes the whole image soft. If I could re-shoot the job I would but I am not able too, yes it really is that bad.

Any help or suggestions would really be appreciated.

Personally and professionally, I am not aware of anything that automates AND keeps the digital photograph sharp at the same time for regular digital camera images ... in fact, even ICE, which is a hardware/software surface defect remover for certain licensedfilm scanners, has a softening effect that is of an unacceptable degree to many users. That's where PhotoShop skill -- and time -- comes in, I'm afraid!

Perhaps someone else has an idea that would help.

DCE Enhancer
Polaroid Dust and Scratch Remover
as possibilities.
