Is there any chance in the near future of getting the search function working better? Right now, the result set of any search seems to have a random pattern to it. I.E. you don't get the result set sorted by date. So you may get a result from Oct 2007 then April 2007 then November 2007 then 2005, etc. It jumps all over the place.
Quite honestly making it useless to use to search for any recent discussions on a certain topic. Any chance of this changing anytime soon? |

i already asked for this in some thread. I would love to see the search algorithm getting better. Some advance search option to select specific set of words.
One thing that can be drastically improved in this wonderful forum is the search. Vote 2 |

Though the built-in search function can only be described using words that would get met thrown out of here, Google has a solution.
Use advanced search and enter http://forums.steves-digicams.com/forums into the "Domain OnlyDon't return results from the site or domain" box. |
