Both of the local labs that I've used for printing true black and white from digital have stopped doing it and can only do B&W on their color printers which when you look at it just doesn't look the same as a real B&W glossy print.

Does anyone know of a lab that does a good job of this from digital at a reasonable price?

Perhaps if you spent some time post processing your photos, the labs you use to do a better job of printing them with the color equipment they have.

I have had good results from the Kodak online labs in Europe. I presume the US labs would be similar.
