Just recently purchased new computer system - reloaded my IXLA Photo Easy software- found a compatible XP driver and thot I was home free. However, I can access the "read me" portion of the software and other categories as well but when I click on theexplorer menu i get an error dialog for ixlaexplorer.exe - "the application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000005). I uninstalled and reinstalled. Same dialog box. I actually took a picture with the camera and other software on the computer allowed me to see the picture. I didn't try to manipulate the picture or anything since I actually want my Photo Easy to work properly. IXLA no longer provides tech support or I can't find an e-mail or phone number for them. You experts, please come forward. Thanks.
