And these DVD's, what do you play them back on?

Image quality on an LCD-TV any good, (played back on ordinary DVD player)?

I suspect playing back on the computer renders a better picture. Could you comment?

A normal CRT TV works ok if you just want to show some people some photo's, but a LCD TV would probably work better. I dont own a TV, so I naturally use my computer anyways.

My workflow:

I quickly review all the RAW images, after transfering to my computer. The ones that are obvious losers I delete. Then, before working on the RAW images, I copy all to CD using NEF format (Nikon) AND DNG format.

Then after I work on the images, the keepers are saved to CD's. I burn TWO copies of each CD, and test them too.

I keep the CD's in different locations.

Please note that I keep the finished CD's in different buildings! (I sell my prints so I must be extra careful.)
