A friend of mine in Havana Cuba asked me to buy him a copy of Barbra London's Photography. I'm not a photographer, but it looks like much of the book is about film photography. He has a digital camera, so before I take it to him, from where he cannot return it, I wanted to get your take. If you know of the book, do you think it is unsuitable? I understand that the book is used in many beginning photography courses, and it is in its eighth edition. He is also a beginning photographer who wants to photograph interior spaces and possibly events. If you can recommend a good book, please do. Thank you.

Really can't say if this would be a good gift or not. Can't see anything .

Try to post again.
