best camera for 400.00 ?

al_gore Junior Member Join Date: May 2004 Posts: 8	What is the best camera I can buy in the $400.00 price range? I am currently looking at the Canon S50 Powershot. I need a camera that takes excellent, crisp, clear, high detailed portraits indoors, mostly. I am not interested in video clips. I am not interested in printing photos larger than 8" x 10" maximum. I now own and use a HP Photosmart 812. I am very unhappy with the quality of photos it produces. I need to upgrade. thank you al_gore
