Hello, I am having a hard time manualy focusing my Canon 10D. I would like some recommendations as to which part of the bi-focal to use and should I leave the diopler adjustment set at 0? I can not see more than 4-5 iches without my glasses so they are allways on me.

I have started to let the camera auto-focus and then I have tried to adjust slightly during manual focus. I am not having good results so far.

Any and all help, ideas, or comments are appreciated.
