My other half has just bought a Canon Powershot A720IS for me in America ( I think from Circuit City or someone similar) now I knoiw they don't come with a powerpack but I just wanted to check I will have no power issues, obviously being powered by AA batteries means normal usage is fine, but assume there is a power pack to run it off mains when viewing pictures etc, will I be able to get a normal power supply over here for it.

Thanks very confusing these different powers.

You need to say where "over here" is.

It is quite possible any power pack is universal voltage (100-240V). Ask your better half to check the very tiny black on black engravings on the power pack.
