Hello!
I baught a Canon Powershot SD 450. It's picture quality is brilliant when shooting with flash. But sometimes when I have to shot without flash the picture is unsharp. Now my question: Can I change the shutter speed to aviod this? I want to take pictures out of a sightseeing bus, which of course have to be taken without flash but now I'm afraid they could be unsharp. Do you have any suggestions what I should do? Thx. |

That unsharpness could be caused by three things, either wrong focusing, camera movement with slow shutter time or target moving with slow shutter time.
If you're trying to take shots from moving bus that would be definitely hard situation for camera, also try to avoid window with dust and such because camera might focus to those. In normal daylight there shouldn't be need for long shutter times, but if that becomes problem use wide angle because wide angle of camera's lens is couple times as bright as tele. In other conditions than daylight moving targets are always very hard without flash but I guess that sightseeing would include only stationary targets. |

Hello!
Thx for helping! I will try to use your tips. Until now I didn't find any option where I can change the shutter speed. Does anyone know what the infinity mode is? Where do I use this? I'd be happy for any help!! |
