Can't download AVI files

Error message reads: 'Movie files or FlashPix files cannot be used because QuickTime is not installed or version is old.' Well, QuickTime is installed and up to date.Troublebegan only recentlywith both my A340 and S5200. Never had this problem in the past, AVI files downloaded OK and played through my default Real Player. Image files download properly, just no movie files. Maybe a conflict between Real Player and QuickTime? Thanks
