Does anyone know what are the best top 5 magazines for digital photography to subscribe too?

I don't know about "top best", but I subscribe to PCPhoto because it gives me features and articles in a relatively simplistic way. I consider myself to be a newbie "noobie". I know just enough to be dangerous - but I am always learning.

Can't recall the specific names, but the British mags are decent. I usually look at 'em at the bookstore tho since they're kinda expensive :-)

IMHO I'm not sure there is a "best" one. Depending on whats happening at the time, I've found really good articles in a variety of magazines and bought them as I found them, and there doesn't seem to be a real consistent stand out magazine among them. From time to time there will be a flurry of great things to read in them, and Ijust buy'em as I find them, if the info is worth reading. When the industry is in a lull, like now, and no really new cameras have popped up for a while, the writing sort of goes flat, unless I find something I can relate to about software, or something specific about lenses, orlighting that interests me. But, if like me, you look for specific digital camera news, it might be worth while to pick them up as you go. Best regards,

"Best" can be subjective. It can mean Best magazine with respect to digicam reviews, Best magazine with respect to digicam shooting techniques or tips, Best magazine with respect to digicam-relevant articles, Best magazine for whatever digicam issues. You need to know what you want to know first, and most of the time, what we want to know can never be found in just one publication.ANd like KENNETHD, I buy them depending on what the issue has to offer.
