Default F100 / F200 / S414 / D-40 / D-565 / Stylus 300 / C-4000?

Looking to buy a 4MP digital cam on eBay. I am torn between the following:

Minolta DiMAGE F100 = $245
Minolta DiMAGE F200 = $275
Minolta DiMAGE S414 = $251
Olympus D-40 = $298
Olympus D-565 = $230
Olympus Stylus 300 = $311
Olympus C-4000 = $311
(all prices include shipping costs)

I know the decision should be based on what I am looking for in a camera, but what would you guys get and why?

Thank you!

I already have a Minolta S414. It takes excellent pictures most of the time. The only complaints I have are it's a battery hog and the auto-focus system doesn't work very well. Manual focus is available but it is totally unuseable because the LCD display doesn't show enough detail for fine focusing.

I own the D-550, and I've used the D-560. I like the pictures they take. I've had mine for a year and the only complaint is the lack of much manual control, but that's to be expected in this price range. The 560 is a little smaller and the 565 may be smaller, still. Another megapixel is probably nice. Im' ready to move up to a higher end digital, but not because I'm unhappy with my camera. I've recommended the 560 to two people who both liked it. I originally bought my Olympus based on reviews of the image quality, and I am still satisfied with it. The image quality of the 560 is good, too, and I assume its about the same with the 565.
