When trying to take a photo of more than one person in a photo where should my center focus point be. sometimes one of the person are only in focus. I been using the the center focus point.

Try stopping your lens down to increase your depth of field.

Remember that 1/3 of the depth of field will be in front of the focal point and 2/3 will be behind. This is important if the subjects are one behind the other which I assume to be your question. Side by side wouldn't be an issue.

well if you set your focus on one person, hold the shutter button half way down then move your camera to where you want the composition the press all the way to take the shot! but you need it set to s/af single auto focus! hope this helps! john
