The lumix DMC-fz3 of Panasonic has no manual focus. Is het possible to focus on a subject behind a window?
i'm thinking of taking shots of fishes swimming in an aquarium, or children playing outside while I'm behind a door of glass.

Thanks for any advise,

A polarizing filter will help kill most of the glass reflections.

and/or make sure that the lense is pushed at the window. you won't get any reflections and the camera also can auto-focus.
But I would join this method with the polarizing filter kalypso mentioned.
