Hey everyone, I recently started using a Kodak P850 and I have found that to look in the optical viewfinder, one must press their nose up against the LCD screen, and as noses are slightly greasy things, the screen is beginning to smudge.
I was wondering how to wipe fingerprints/noseprints off of an LCD screen without damaging it. |

I just use either a soft cloth (a terry cloth would be great I'd assume) or simply my undershirt to wipe it clean of grease.
You really don't need to worry about scratching the plastic over it. You could get some LCD protective films if you're really worried. |

In general a soft cotton (shirt) should be enough. You can also breath on it first to make it moist.

Carl Zeiss lens wipes are very good for this purpose as well.

That is incredibly stupid:P Cleaning an LCD screen is one thing, cleaning a lens is different entirely.... that poor lens.
