Hi, I have a really good photo I would like to have printed. The problem is that it is not level and I don't know how to make it level.:? Can anyone advise in step by step on how to do it without cropping. I have Photoshop Elements 2. Thanks for any help.

Open the image in photoshop elements. Select the image tab, then rotate. Select custom, then enter the numbers of degrees and the direction. You will need to crop the image some. The more you rotate the image, the more you will have to crop it.

You can also do it just using your crop tool. Once you have cropped the image but before you hit enter to accept, if you put your curser just outside the marching ants (crop lines) in the middle of the sides, top or bottom you will see a double arrow and then you just hold your left mouse button down and rotate. If you open your grid lines you can get it perfect or you can just eyeball it.

increase the size of the 'canvas' before rotation

clone the edges onto the canvas after rotation

recrop to mask any 'errors' or rough edges
