Let us know how the transaction turns out.
Some cynical people might think that this might be an unscrupulous seller of the same or competing product that has bid high on your product to lock out other real bids and then not follow throutgh with the transaction. But I'm optimistic that you have a true willing buyer. Good luck. |

Don't worry about the price, some people get caught up in the whole perception of auction, I liken it to gambling at a casino. Most would never gamble or make the same bets outside of the venue but get overcome by the hype. Same happens with ebay. I have had buyers who "have" to buy something on ebay every day. Whatever. The biggest worry I usually have is collecting the money. Bidders remorse is a big problem with the typical ebayholic. My advice is to hold the product for 5-7 days after you have transferred the funds to your bank (assuming you are using paypal). That gives time for the fraud and chargback mechanisms to kick in. That's not a fullproof solution but I believe it has helped me to avoid some hassels at least.
Let us know how it turns out. HTH |
