yeah, i've gotten those...actually, i got near that exact one...

the only major difference, is where the money is coming from, how much money,and the name of the guy offering it to you....

sounds illegal anyway..

It is either a Nigerian or Jamican scam. These guys are constantly coming up with something.

Here is an easy way to reduce these emails...

Create a new email address.

Tell all your friends and family.

Post the new email address nowhere in any public area.

I got one very similar over a year ago. It is such a common scam that I have seen it addressed on TV with reporters actually answering and eventually being asked to send money for administrative costs. I had thought the Nigerian government had been persuaded to help shut it down.

I say we all call their phone number collect...

Yep, every now and then one of this scam type still shows up among all other pieces of junk spam mail to buy Viagra, get a college degree, loose weight,etc.

The world is filled with loser's whothink nothing of spamming millions of people, after all it costs them nothing.

I think there should be an option inall mail readersto locate the source IP addr of this stuff and hit it with a cruse missile.:ak47:

As long as stupid people are responding to the spam the spammers will find a way to get the stuff to you. I feel it is like drugs in being more a demand than a supply problem.

I had received that in regular old snail mail in the mid 90's. There was some minor differences but not enough to say so. It is just a scam
