I think it's a non issue. I know there are lots of photographers using their DSLR's to submit footage to the various internet stock agencies, and none of these guys have been shut down. Wedding photogs are using their DSLR's as video cams too, to get short clips to provide (sell) to their clients. I don't see how any of this is enforceable, or if they are even attempting to enforce it.
