I am planning to buy a didgital camera for myself. We have an old outdated camera. It's photo quality is limited.
I have not kept up to date on the newer features of digital cameras and hope that someone can help me determine what kind of camera will be fit my use. I primarily would like to use the camera to take photos of people...especially my new baby. I would like a camera with a high level of resoultion. One that I can use indoors and out. I would also like to be able to manipulate the photos with software and would appreciate a reco on a good software package. I am an engineer by training. Any perspective you have would be appreciated. |

ok. we need a little more spec then this.
1- form factor 2- price structure 3- lens limits wide/long 4- MP preference 5- memory type preference 6- expandability 7- uses 8- personal preferences (what do you like to shoot the most) this helps to dial it in a little better. cameras range from about $200-$25000 these days lots to work with. |
