Default Need some help, camera stolen, buying new..

My beloved Kodak ls443 was stolen from my car sometime overnight. I managed to have my spare battery (klic-5000) and my 256mb SD card in the house. (that SD card has a lot of stuff on it)...

Now, insurance will cover me, but I've found that the LS443 is no longer carried in stores around me (Sam's, Sears, Staples, etc)..

I need one by Thursday night (Daughter's school Christmas play)..

MY nearby Sam's has the following cameras...

Olympus Stylus 400, Olympus C-50 Zoom, Kodak 6440 and the HP 935.

Given that they are 4mp, excepting the HP and C-50, and are priced within $40 of each other, C-50 = $390, Stylus = 366, Kodak = 379, and the HP = 348.. Which one should I go with?

Looking for opinions here, the $$ difference in any of them is irrelevant, I want the best quality pictures, battery life and ease of use. (I'm not an expert in digicams, but do like to take pics every now and then) I print maybe 20% of my pics, most are burned onto CD's for trip memories, that sort of thing.

I've read the reviews and they all seem to get good reviews overall.

Given that I have a 256mb SD card with pics, it might be nice if the camera took it, but I know nothing is going to use the spare KLIC-5000 liION battery though.

What would you pick and can I ask why?

thank you for any help or advice..

The olympus cameras use a Xd picture card media. The HP and Kodak will use your sd media. I have used the 6490, the 10X ultra zoom brother of the 6440 and the picture quality was very good. I have not seen the HP 935.
