How much better of a pic do you get from a dslr ( DIGITAL REBEL) compared to something like a NIKON 5700 ?

Check out the reviews that Steve did of both those cameras. Look at the sample pictures. It isn't the best way to tell (the best is for you to try them both out, probably not practical) but its a start.
The 5700 has much worse noise at higher ISO settings than the DRebel. And a slower shutter speed. But as BB says, its a question of how you'll use the camera... what types of pictures you'll take. Eric |
