Off topic question: Any bicycle enthusiats

Do any of you know of a forum like this that has tips on how to buy a bike and that has an active forum. It doesn't have to be all inclusive.

Or do you have any tips.

I pretty much know I want a hybrid, but I want to know which brands are the best.

I've tried doing searches and all the forums have post from 2002.
