order form for selling pictures

I asked this in another section but it didn't get answered...so I ask again .... Does anyone know of a program that makes a contact sheet or whatnot, that has a thumbnail of a given picture and then the available sizes etc....so people can reference the picture when when ordering quantities and sizes (glossy or matte)>??
