I own a Fuji Finepix S300 and will be visiting Costa Rica next week and taking photos in Corcovado National Park, which is in the rainforest. I read some advice on line about how the humidity is so extreme there that they recommend that cameras be kept in plastic ziplocbags even while they are idle in the hotel room. The Fuji owners manual says not to use the xD picture card in a hot, humid, or corrosive environment. Does this mean that I cannot use it to take photographs while in Costa Rica?
