Puzzle Creation???

I have a picture that my brother really likes, and his wife really likes jigsaw puzzles. I thought it might be a fun gift to make the pic into a puzzle for them. I googled picture puzzles and there appears to be a number of companies out there that make them with a photo you upload.
Does anyone have any experience with any companies who do this??? Good or bad experiences would be great. I am looking for something with about 500 pieces.
