Eric, this is great information. I'll check out the monitor forum and read the back issues. I'm sure that will help me a lot.

My refresh rate is set at 90.....but I've tried them all. Makes no difference. I'm not working under florescents except on occasion I'll turn on my OTT lite. But that doesn't change anything. I'm just overly sensitive to it I guess.

The 20" Dell looks like a good buy if it really has a good picture. Wish there was some way to see one working without ordering it first. :O

Good, at least you checked the easy things. I know some people that are helped by increasing the refresh rate, but it doesn't help everyone.

Good luck on the monitor, and tell us what you think. I've read comments about people buying two of the dell LCDs and putting them side by side. Cheaper than the Apple 32" (I think?) display and people seem to like them as much. And the apple LCDs have a very good reputation, so that says something!
