I am looking into buying my first digital camera, probably mid-range (3.1 MP). There are many many place to find information on the cameras, but I have not had a lot of luck finding one piece of information. Is there anywhere that will tell me what digital cameras have a remote way of triggering the shutter? I have recently tried to take some photos of wildlife such as crabs at the beach, and there's no way to get a cloe shot with your hand on the button - if you get close enough the animal takes off! So, what I'm looking for is a way to search for that feature and return all the cameras that have it - anyone know of a way to do it or a place to find it?

Many cameras have a remote shutter release. Most Canon cameras have it, as do many Nikon. There are also several third party ones as well. They can be wireless or wired.
