Default Replacement Camera for the Kodak DC5000

I liked the specifications of the Kodak DC5000. Can anyone recommend a similar camera? (Rugged, Moisture resistant, medium resolution, zoom and macro.)

Hard to say about rugged. The Nikons have good all around features and great macros. The Olympus C-4000 might be pretty rugged with the tube adapter and filter on (certainly makes the lens rugged), is a great all around camera, and also has a great macro.

Handy list of reviews:

The only other water resistant camera out there at the moment is the Fuji DS260HD, see my review at:

It's been out for a while but I think it might still be available.
