Hi, I'm not affiliated with anyone, but I wanted to do a comparison of printing service for myself, then it turned into this whole review/website idea. Here it is:

Very interesting not surprising in my view.

If you ever do another round of photo-printing evaluations, take a look at SnapFish. Good prices and very good quality. They use Kodak photographic paper for their prints.

I have used their services only once but I have not tried anything else other than the Kodak Picture Maker at a nearby Walgreens for 8x10 printing (which gave excellent results but at $5 per sheet OUCH!). That same Walgreens just got all new film development and digital photo printing equipment that I have not yet tried.

I've tryed Walmart and Walgreens. They both use the Fugi Frontier machine. The quality for 4x6 prints are excellent. At $.29 a print I very seldom use my Epson photo printer anymore to make prints. The quality is much better and by the time you use your own inks, paper, and then have to trim the photos, it becomes more cost effective to have digital prints made. At Walmart you can have 8 x 10s done for only $2.83 and they look great. I'm talking about walking in the stores for the 1 hour. I haven't tryed their on-line processing.
