I would but long time ago I promised myself I'd never buy something from best buy again.

Yeah, I understand. I once promised myself that also because bestbuy customer service is horrible. But I figured how can they mess up a compact flash card. I rolled the dice :D, lets hope even bestbuy can't screw it up.

How does that price compare to online prices? I think you can get a 128 meg card for like $35 online right now. Ebay is even cheaper.

so is the consensus here that a 256MB CF from SanDisk for $66 is a better buy than one from Viking for $35?

i bought a 256 for 49 at compusa last week.

Yeah, ruz...I think I'll buy that Amazon.com Viking card. Hella good deal! Why is everyone ignoring it? Are the newegg.com, compusa or bestbuy cards faster or something? Is there any quality difference? You could just about buy two cards at Amazon for the price of one a newegg.

BTW...I think the Sandisk at BestBuy is like $55 or something.
