Default Saving pics straight to pc

I have a question about the olympus C740UZ. I'm wondering if it is possible to stream pictures directly to a PC via a USB cable when shooting in a static location, say, a studio setting. Thanks for any info.

Very few cameras have this capability.

Some of the Canon models now have Remote Capture Software, allowing you to remote control the camera via USB, automatically uploading photos to the PC after each shot. See Steve's review of the Canon G5 for how this works.

I also understand that Minolta now has similiar software for the A1, but I haven't researched it's functionality yet.

Nikon Capture 4.0 will allow you to capture the software directly to the pc. Read this review
