Anyhow one should take shutter timings published published on trustworthy review sites with a grain of salt.
As they also mention it also depends of the photographic scene how fast the camera can finish its computations. Looking at my Canon Ixus /Elph and comparing it with their timings, I can double it. Even the start up time is signifcant different. (but hey I use old sandisk CF cards)
