Default Sensor Cleaning

Are there "pro's" that clean sensors of dust? Some recent pix have "spots" that appear to be dust and I don't want to try and do this solo.

The first time can be a little nervous, but it isn't too much of a task. Most camera shops will clean it for you, and a good one will show you how it's done as well. (not that bad a deal for them, as they can sell you the supplies.)
