Default Shot preview before save feature available?

Have enjoyed this feature on my Sony TRV900 camcorder in still mode and assumed digital cameras also use it. Alas, no except I was told the MX700 fuji had this feature. Do any other brands, models have this great feature.
Oh, the feature is: press shutter button half way and instantly capture/freeze the shot. Release the button and it's gone so you can repeat this over and over till you capture the perfect shot and only then press button all
the way to save to memory. No need to review and/or erase bad shots and best no lag time from first pressing shutter button to capture of the exact smile etc. you are shooting. Thanks.
