Any suggestions for a noob here? Just got my A80 and there seems to be a slightly darker shade in the upper left corner and a slight shade on the upper right corner. It shows up on the LCD and it also shows up on pictures i have printed. In bright sunlight the shade goes away, but in indoor shots it always shows up. Is there anything i can do? Should i return the camera? Thanks in advance!

Hi lancer.
Can you post some sample shots of the effect? I have the A70 and I haven't seen this happen. |

sometimes I get this on my g5 when I block the flash. Maybe a possibility although you say it happens in both corners.

Come to think of it, I have the G5 too, and I've noticed this, but my flash is blocked with an IR strip.

Thanks for the feedback. I'll try and watch that i don't block the flash but i think its something else because it shows on the LCD prior to taking the picture. This is the first digicam ive owned so im not sure if thats how it shows up on a LCD. I thought it just might have been the shadows, butwhen i take a picture of a white paper the top corners still have that slight darker shade on them.
